The Insight Centre and Anti-Discrimination NSW showcased their study, ‘Anti-Discrimination NSW (ADNSW) inclusive recruitment research: Enablers and barriers of recruiting staff from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in the public service’, at the Research Awards 2024, and were contenders in the Research Effectiveness Public Policy/Social Impact category.
This article examines the study and investigates the factors contributing to its effectiveness.
